  1. สร้าง Port Mapping หรือ DNAT ดังนี้
    • ด้านนอก: WAN IP หรือ WAN interface, TCP 8443
    • ด้านใน: 192.168.1.50, TCP 8443
  2. ตรวจว่ามี Security Policy อนุญาตทราฟฟิกจากโซน WAN ไปที่ 192.168.1.50 พอร์ต TCP 8443
  3. ทดสอบจากเครือข่ายภายนอก เช่น ใช้ 4G แทน LAN ในออฟฟิศ
  4. ถ้ายังเข้าไม่ได้ ให้ตรวจสองเรื่องนี้ค่ะ
    • WAN ได้ Public IP จริงหรือเปล่า (อยู่หลัง NAT ของ ISP หรือเปล่า)
    • NAS ตั้ง Gateway เป็นไฟร์วอลล์หรือเปล่า

รบกวนแจ้งข้อมูลเพิ่ม เพื่อให้ทีมช่วยได้เร็วขึ้นนะคะ

  • เวอร์ชัน firmware ของ NGFW_NTOS (เช่น 1.0R8P1 หรือ 1.0R9)
