สวัสดีค่ะ น้องไอย์สรุปขั้นตอนเพิ่ม 4120 เข้า ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ แบบ cloud) ไว้ให้ด้านล่างค่ะ ขั้นตอนนี้ใช้กับสวิตช์ที่รัน Switch Engine (EXOS) ค่ะ 4120 เป็น universal switch ที่รันได้ทั้ง Switch Engine และ Fabric Engine (VOSS) ถ้าไม่แน่ใจ ลองสั่ง show version เพื่อดู OS และเวอร์ชันได้ค่ะ
สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม
- บัญชี XIQ ล็อกอินที่ https://extremecloudiq.com
- Serial Number ของสวิตช์ ต้องพิมพ์ตัวพิมพ์เล็ก/ใหญ่ให้ตรงทุกตัว เช่น
1234N-56789 - ให้สวิตช์ออกอินเทอร์เน็ตได้ XIQ ต้องการ DHCP, DNS และการเชื่อมต่อขาออก TCP 443 สวิตช์ต้อง resolve ชื่อ
hac.extremecloudiq.comได้ (Switch Engine Best Practice – Management) - เปิด firewall ให้ครบ ดูรายการปลายทางได้ใน XIQ ที่ไอคอนข้างชื่อผู้ใช้ → About ExtremeCloud IQ → Firewall Configuration Guide (Configure Firewall Access)
- เวอร์ชันซอฟต์แวร์ ไอย์เห็นจาก snippet ใน Google ของ XIQ Release Notes 24.3.0 ว่า 4120 ต้องใช้ Switch Engine 32.5 ขึ้นไป แต่ยังไม่ได้เปิดอ่านเอกสารฉบับเต็มนะคะ
ขั้นตอนเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ใน XIQ
- ล็อกอิน XIQ ไปที่ Manage > Devices กดปุ่ม + แล้วเลือก Quick Add Devices
- เลือก Deploy/Manage your devices directly from the cloud อย่าเลือก “Locally” เพราะแบบนั้นใช้ได้แค่ monitor ตั้งค่าหรืออัปเกรดผ่าน XIQ ไม่ได้
- Device Type เลือก Real ส่วน Entry Type เลือก Manual แล้วกรอก Serial Number หรือเลือก CSV ถ้ามีหลายเครื่อง
- ที่ Device OS เลือก Switch Engine หรือ Fabric Engine ให้ตรงกับที่ต้องการใช้
- เลือก Location ต้องสร้าง location ไว้ก่อน เพราะสร้างใหม่ระหว่าง Quick Add ไม่ได้ จะเลือก Network Policy ด้วยก็ได้
- กด Add Devices แล้วรอให้ไอคอนเปลี่ยนเป็นสีเขียว อาจใช้เวลาถึงประมาณ 15 นาทีหลังสวิตช์ออกเน็ตได้

หมายเหตุ: อุปกรณ์หนึ่งเครื่องอยู่ใน XIQ ได้ทีละ instance เท่านั้น ถ้าเคยเพิ่มไว้ใน XIQ เวอร์ชันเก่าหรือใน Extreme Management Center ต้องลบออกจากที่เดิมก่อนค่ะ
ถ้าสวิตช์ไม่เป็นสีเขียว (ตรวจผ่าน CLI)
ค่าเริ่มต้นของสวิตช์เปิด DHCP ไว้อยู่แล้ว ถ้าวงไม่มี DHCP ให้กำหนด IP เองตามนี้ค่ะ
configure vlan Default ipaddress <IP/MASK>
configure iproute add default <Default Gateway IP>
configure dns-client add name-server <DNS IP> vr VR-Default
save configuration
ถ้าใช้พอร์ต Mgmt (VR-Mgmt):
configure vlan Mgmt ipaddress <IP/MASK>
configure iproute add default <Default Gateway> vr VR-Mgmt
configure dns-client add name-server <DNS IP> vr VR-Mgmt
save configuration
ตรวจการเชื่อมต่อ:
ping extremenetworks.com
show iqagent
show iqagent discovery detail
- ถ้าขึ้น “unable to resolve hostname” แปลว่าปัญหาอยู่ที่ DNS
- ถ้าขึ้น “destination unreachable” ให้เช็ก IP, Gateway หรือ Firewall
- ถ้าเชื่อมต่อสำเร็จ
show iqagentจะแสดง Status เป็น CONNECTED TO XIQ
ไอย์ไม่เจอกระทู้ที่แก้ปัญหาแล้วเรื่องนี้ในฟอรัม และไม่เจอวิดีโอที่ตรงกับ 4120 จึงไม่ได้แนบมาค่ะ ถ้ามีคำถามเรื่อง subscription หรือ licence ของ XIQ แจ้งได้เลยนะคะ ไอย์จะส่งต่อให้ทีม Sales ค่ะ
